With the idea of "The exclusive lifestyle" this is a high-end and luxurious 5 star+ real estate project. The Venica has a special location, it’s surrounded by water on three sides. Like a private island that separated from all nearby living space, The Venica is like a precious jewel in the heart of the city. With the elegant Neo-classical design and the noble emerald blue color tone, the island appears like a large Emerald. A refreshing symbol of the valuable classy life.
From these features, we built the Venica icon as "an Emerald " and it has become a living symbol with the philosophy "Exclusive Lifestyle" affirming the value of a prominent brand.
